Alessandro has 25 years of Procurement leadership in global multinationals across FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Health, Food, and Beauty with expertise spanning Procurement (direct & indirect), Supply Chain network design, and innovation.

Lead trainer for 20+ years, delivering negotiation (fundamental & advanced) and core sourcing skills trainings (such as sourcing strategy, supplier analysis, risk management and resilience).

Led two manufacturing asset divestitures including union negotiations and restructuring, experiencing first hand what it means ‘sitting on the other side’ of the negotiating table where stakes are very high for both parties.

Passionate about people and organizational development and use of technology, strong believer and proven expert at embedding advanced skills training as a driver of business results that are industry benchmarks.

Alessandro is Swiss and Italian, married to Vanessa and have 10 YO twin girls, he loves skiing, e-mountain bike and sailing.
