Dr. Remi Smolinski graduated with a PhD from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
In his research he focuses on theory and practice of negotiation particularly in international settings and innovation management. He was a visiting scholar at Tufts University's Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and Harvard’s Program on Negotiation.
Dr. Smolinski has held senior leadership positions in media, e-commerce, banking, and consulting companies, he actively advises his clients in complex negotiations and trains their executives.
Dr. Smolinski has taught negotiation at leading business schools for almost two decades. He is the founder of The Negotiation Challenge, a major international negotiation competition for students and professionals and the founder and Academic Director of the Center for International Negotiation at HHL.
Jérôme is a dedicated Senior Trainer based in Geneva and Moscow, working internationally, delivering a comprehensive range of training and coaching services.
He has real-life sales and negotiation experience in both a B2B and B2C environment.
As a trainer, he has performed numerous workshops for Business Schools (such as EPFL, Moscow Business School, HEC Geneva), and corporate customers (such as Nestlé, Pfizer, Volvo) in more than 96 different countries.
Ifti Ahmed has over 25 years experience in pharmaceuticals and devices with 13 years in Sales, 10 years in Marketing with extensive international experience (>12years) including emerging markets.
He has worked for Glaxo, Pfizer, Novartis, UCB, Medtronic, and Merck Serono in a range of sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility.
Ifti’s last corporate role was Head of the Merck Serono’s Sales Academy based in Switzerland. He is a managing partner of Titanium Solutions, a behavioural skills development company focusing on Sales and Marketing training in the healthcare industry.
Ifti is an ASTD certified Master Trainer and a certified facilitator from the Master trainers Institute.
Sammy is a career executive intrapreneur turned entrepreneur, and a recognized Procurement thought leader with over 30 years’ experience in senior management focused on strategy creation and capability development.
During his time at Novartis Pharma and Merck & Co., he created and managed Procurement organizations globally across all regions, instilling a strong business partner approach focused on robust stakeholder engagement and complex business-problem solving. He has since established a strong Strategic Advisory and Executive Coaching practice.
Sammy holds a degree in Architecture, an executive MBA from UQAM (Canada), and serves as Corporate Partner – Research & Education with the Technical University of Dortmund, collaborating on his research on how to move the function “Beyond Procurement”. He is also a professional certified coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation, and a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt.
