How to advance employee’s negotiation skill in an innovative and highly entertaining way

The underlying objectives of the competition are to give the participants an opportunity to apply and compare their negotiation skills, to facilitate knowledge and experience exchange between peers across geographies and establishing negotiation best practices within the function.

The competition motivates to develop and advance employee’s negotiation skill in an innovative and highly entertaining way.

Negotiation training learning objectives:

Company internal negotiation competition is open to all passionate negotiators;

Competition consists of 4 negotiation rounds, which can be conducted virtually, usually every one or two weeks. Each round lasts 2-3 hours. Some preparation time may be involved outside of the competition time;

You can join the competition individually or as a pair;

Each individual/pair takes part in all negotiation rounds of the competition and the scores obtained throughout the competition accumulate and the team with the highest number of points wins the competition;

The winner of the competition is awarded with a certificate from CABL and most likely with a symbolic but prestigious prize by one of the company executives
